In order to access any of the Utah Department of Health web applications, it is necessary to install a program called Oracle Jinitiator. To download the latest version of Oracle Jinitiator click on the "Download Jinitiator" link and following the steps listed below.
1- When prompted to open or save the file select the save option.
2- Once the download is complete select the option to open the file.
3- At the Oracle Jinitiator Setup screen click on the next button.
4- Click the "Test Jinitiator" link below to ensure that Jinitiator is working correctly.
